I got my own copy for my birthday and I'm surprised it's not worn out by now, I've watched it so much :) It's only got one "bad" scene, but other than that it's pretty much PG.

The movie has an awesome soundtrack (especially "What is Love" by Haddaway), and it's just a really good movie to watch.
